Ward officers have regular contact with residents in the area of Eccleston,
Officers have carried out crime‑prevention visits in the area, have made a number of arrests for vehicle crime. High‑visibility patrols are ongoing, and we will continue to work closely with the community to deter and address any emerging problems.

Officers have provided extra attention to the area, conducted road safety and ASB talks in local schools and conducted an environmental assessment of the area for preventative options. Due to the increased visibility 2 x adults and 2 x children were warned regarding their behaviour and advised of partner escalation processes.

They have obtained CCTV covering offences and working to identify the offenders. Some youths have been spoken to by schools officers and initial verbal warnings issued regarding behaviour.
