Status Update

There continues to be ASB in Liscard Way with teenagers gathering around McDonalds of an evening. There are also issues with cyclists in the prohibited area of the town centre. We continue to work with McDonalds and the local council to identify those involved and make sure that those identified have a degree of follow up ranging from letters to parents all the way up to criminal behaviour orders or injunctions for those persistent offenders. We now have a Public Spaces Protection order in place to assist in dealing with the issues. You will currently see us present in the are for our Winter of Action focus.
We are also working with retailers to identify and apprehend repeat offenders and deal with them via criminal and civil interventions
