Local Priorities

Anti-social Behaviour including the use of vapes additional substances, Road safety (E Bikes) Business crime.

Issued: 1 Apr 2026

Status Update

We work to reduce youth antisocial behaviour at key locations in the town centre and this has included setting up a working group of key partners.

As the use of vapes with additional substances is a contributing factor to antisocial behaviour, numerous warrants and enforcement visits with partners have taken place in an attempt to disrupt the sale of these vapes.

We target roads identified by the community as being a concern to them. We also engage with local schools, and have carried out a number of e-bike operations.
