Local Priorities

Ongoing issues with motorbikes being ridden in a dangerous and illegal manner around the Knowle and Filwood area. The Officer in Charge of this priority is:  PCSO Mark Thomas

Status Update

The operation has restarted again after a quieter winter period and the neighbourhood team, alongside colleagues from our Traffic team, have days of action lined up for the coming months.
Actions are also being taken to increase investigation around the issues and look to tackle at the source.

We have noted an increase in anti-social behaviour around Filwood Broadway and the current building sites. This has also created a concern for the welfare of those entering them, as well as damage to the works.

We are working alongside contractors and the Council to identify those involved.

Bristol Magistrates Court after hearing additional evidence from the community have granted an extension to keep the property closed for another three months. We have now handed this case to the local authority to pursue a notice of seeking possession.
