We will continue to identify those at risk of exploitation and ensure they receive the best support possible, whilst relentlessly pursuing and arresting those criminals at all levels, from the local dealer, to those who control and hold drug lines, and organised crime groups.

Using regular patrols, beat surgeries and local meetings to identify areas where ASB occurs and taking a holistic approach, including preventative measures, as well as the full range of sanctions available under ASB legislation, to deal with it, where it does happen.

RETAIL CRIME / SHOPLIFTING

Working with retailers and the public, as well as using target hardening to prevent shoplifting, but where it does occur, using streamlined processes and new technology to detect and prosecute offenders. In particular, we will target prolific shoplifters, bringing them to justice and utilising the full range of sanctions at our disposal to prevent recidivism.
