S - Reduce Theft From Motor Vehicle in Scotch Common / Kent Avenue area.
M - SNT to conduct HVP and plain clothes patrols where reasonable in hot spot zones in order to deter culprits, by means of arrests, stop & searches, etc. Increase in MET ENGAGE sign up and Crime prevention advice.

Officers have been conducting HVP and plain clothes patrols in the area of Scotch Common, The Duke Of Kent Pub, and surrounding roads to help deter suspects.
Officers have increased the MET ENGAGE numbers which will help SNT get Intel to help target areas of concern.

M - SNT have been conducting patrols in the identified areas. Officers to engage with residents to increase use of MET ENGAGE in order to support residents and police in identifying areas of concern and make it easier for residents to notify SNT of any issues.
A - SARA problem solving model will be utilised to ensure that resources are used in the most effective way. This has shown a decrease in BURGLARIES/VIOLENT OFFENCES.
R - This priority is relevant and voted in at a Ward Panel meeting.
T - This will be conducted concurrently with other ward matters and reviewed quarterly.
