Antisocial behaviour.

Issued: 3 Feb 2026

Status Update

Officers have been working closely with partner agencies to reduce antisocial behaviour in the area. This includes using Community Resolutions (an agreed outcome between the victim and the person responsible), Community Protection Warnings (a formal warning telling someone their behaviour must stop) and Community Protection Notices (a legal notice requiring the person to change their behaviour). Officers have also used education and workbooks to help change behaviour, supported by a joint multi‑agency approach to achieve positive results for the community.

We have increased visibility and engagement in the area, paying particular attention to local businesses to make sure issues such as antisocial behaviour, shoplifting and nuisance are dealt with quickly and effectively for those reporting concerns.
