As we are only a small Neighbourhod team, we rely heavily on the eyes and ears of the community to provide us with information to help make Barton a safer place to live.

Shop theft continues to be an issue in Towns across the UK. There continues to be shop theft in the Barton area.

We will seek to gain Criminal Behaviour Orders against repeat offenders, banning them from targeted shops.
We will work with Criminal Justice partners to gain convictions against repeat offenders.

The NPT will also work with partners to disrupt identified repeat offenders.

Barton NPT have recently conducted numerous retail visits advising on theft prevention.
