Status Update
We’re increasing high-visibility patrols across North Shields to tackle anti-social behaviour, with particular attention on areas affected by motorcycle-related disorder. Our officers are regularly deploying to local hotspot locations to deter offending, provide reassurance, and respond quickly to community concerns.
We’re working closely with partners—including the local authority, housing teams and community wardens—to identify offenders and put long-term solutions in place. Targeted operations are also being carried out to locate and seize illegally ridden or unregistered motorcycles linked to disorder.
We will continue engaging with residents, businesses, and community groups to gather information and ensure our activity remains focused on what matters most to the people of North Shields
