Status Update

The neighbourhood team work closely with other teams within Devon & Cornwall Police to tackle the issues around drug use and ASB in our local pubs and licensed premises. We patrol the areas when we are working late shifts and engage with both customers and staff/landlords.
** UPDATE **
The Neighbourhood team, Neighbourhood Support Team, Police Dog Jasper and his handler PC Warren visited pubs in Plympton, Estover and Leigham recently. PD Jasper identified several customers inside the premises who were dealt with for possession of Class A & C drugs.

Visible police patrols at Marsh Mills Retail Park are continuing to have a positive impact on reducing shop theft and anti-social behaviour. By targeting offenders and providing reassurance to businesses, officers are helping to create a safer environment for staff and shoppers alike. Increased patrols also help the public feel more confident and secure while visiting the retail park.
