We have taken action against the suspect through making an arrest and charging them to court. We have imposed bail conditions as well as issuing the suspect with a community protection notice to prevent them from further causing a nuisance with their neighbours. We have also held initial meetings with managers from Birmingham Business park and will be holding a number of lunch club sessions for employees to come and attend and discuss their concerns with us.

To tackle instances of Fly tipping
Issued: 26 Feb 2026
Status Update
We have observed a number of instances in our area in recent months of where fly tipping has occurred and the impact this has had on the community. We have built positive relationships with the local authority where we will support their investigations.
