There have been two reports of garages or outbuildings being broken into across the ward in the last three months.

Proactive patrols across the ward, along with crime prevention advice shared at local surgeries, appear to be having a positive impact.

Officers will continue to attend all reports of burglary so that early enquiries can be carried out to help identify anyone involved.

Officers have carried out regular road‑safety activity, including targeted speed checks and proactive patrols on key routes. Vehicles have been stopped where traffic‑related offences have been identified.

This work helps address concerns raised by the community, encourages safer driving, and provides a visible police presence in areas where speeding and poor driving are reported most often.
