Targeted patrols around identified hotspots, monitoring reports that come in from the public and building an intelligence picture and targeting known offenders. Partnership working with community safety and licencing teams and reassurance visits and patrols.

Status Update

We are committed to reducing the amount of burglaries on the ward, we will be conducting high visibility patrols to deter offenders and plain cloths patrols to identify bring offenders to justice. We are working with partner agencies to increase patrols and will be liaising with community safety teams and LET officers from the local authority. We will be offering crime prevention information via our new engagement portal and face to face events.

Status Update

We are continuing to target known robbery offenders and utilising stop and search powers and arrest powers where applicable. We have been and will continue to conduct high visibility patrols in areas where the issue shave been identified, offering crime prevention advice and working with partner agencies to reduce robbery offences.
