Riders identified will be issued section 59 warnings or have their bikes seized under S.165 of the road traffic act. Public nuisance prosecutions to be considered for individuals identified.
2. High Visibility patrols at material times, working with Partner Agencies to identify and deal Offenders. Talking to members of the Public via Derbyshire Talking and Street Meets.
3. High Visibility and plain clothed patrol operations to identify dealers, carrying out stop searches wherever proportionate to do so. Develop intelligence and carry out drugs warrants in the local area. Gathering evidence by listening to the Community via Street Surgeries and Derbyshire Talking.
