Local Priorities

The priorities for May to August are as follows:

• Anti-Social Behaviour in Letchworth town centre and Howard Park. We will increase patrols in and around these locations to ensure we are able to respond to, and also prevent, incidents of ASB. Increased visibility and engagement will help us to ensure the local communities are able to enjoy the town centre and Howard Park.

• Illegal use of e-scooters in Letchworth and Baldock. The excellent work that your local team has already undertaken to address this issue will continue throughout the summer. Expect to see more vehicles being seized.

Residents will see their dedicated Neighbourhood Policing Team of PCs and PCSOs working alongside partners to tackle these issues, through an increased police presence, engagement events and targeted enforcement.
