Local Priorities

Anti-social behaviour in Linear Park, Calcot and the surrounding areas. We have received recent reports of youth related ASB and criminal damage.

Issued: 1 Apr 2026

Status Update

This new priority has been identified following reports to the team from the local community. The team will focus on this issue as one of our priorities over the next 3 months by increasing our patrols, disrupting anti-social behaviour and identifying those involved in criminality.

Continuing the investigation that we updated about last month, a number of youths have now been identified by local secondary schools. The team will be completing home visits to these youths to speak to both them and their parents in relation to their behaviour.

Following on from our last update the team can report that we have continued to patrol this area. This has led to a number of stop searches as well as the arrest of a male in relation to drug offences. We will continue to target patrols in this area.
