A vehicle was seized after it was found unattended and parked on the road without valid tax.

Officers have also stopped and checked a number of vehicles believed to be linked to drug‑related activity. Several vehicles were seized for having no insurance, and a number of drivers were reported for a range of driving offences.

Patrols are continuing to focus on hotspot locations reported by residents.

Officers have been carrying out high‑visibility patrols in hotspot areas where antisocial behaviour has been reported. A joint visit has also taken place with partner agencies to target repeat offenders. One illegal bike was seized, and the rider was reported for driving offences.

In a separate incident, another rider was given a Section 59 warning due to antisocial behaviour. A Section 59 warning is issued when a vehicle is used in a way that causes alarm, distress or annoyance to others. If the rider or the bike is seen causing antisocial behaviour again, police have the power to seize the bike.
