The local neighbourhood team have received reports from residents of Nailsea complaining about inconsiderate parking during peak school hours in and around Nailsea.
This includes stopping on zigzags, parking on double yellow lines and causing obstructions on the road.

We are working closely with the council and other agencies to manage these issues. If you do see a vehicle causing an obstruction, please report this to us via online or 101.
UPDATES
There has been an increase in the number of school patrols to address these issues, engaging with people parking illegally and inconsiderately, giving suitable word of advice to parents/ guardians.
We are working with the school to get messages out to parents/guardians reminding them of their responsibilities when parking to keep pupils at the school safe and reducing the impact on local residents.
