You said HGVs are ignoring the weight restriction and using roads in Ellistown, Ibstock and Heather when they are not permitted to do so.
This has been particularly noted on Whitehill Road and Ibstock Road in Ellistown, Leicester Road, Station Road and Ashby Road in Ibstock and Pisca Lane and Swepstone Road in Heather.
This has been communicated through Neighbourhood Link (NHL) surveys, e-mails and calls to the Beat Team and discussed at our community events.
We have conducted a number of targeted patrols along affected highways. Predominantly we have looked at Whitehill Rd, Ellistown, Ibstock Rd, Ellistown, Leicester Rd, Ibstock and Pisca Ln, Heather.
We have stopped a number of HGVs and found a high proportion are travelling lawfully within the weight restriction either delivering or picking up a load and therefore exempt.

This has been communicated through Neighbourhood Link (NHL) surveys, e-mails and calls to the Beat Team and discussed at our community events.
We have conducted specific speeding operations over May and engaged in traffic monitoring in addition to this.
We continue to patrol the roads highlighted to us by the community as having speeding concerns.
We have published advice and warnings regarding speeding on our social media links on Facebook and Neighbourhood Link (NHL).

Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) on the parks through the use of off road motorbikes in Greenhill, ASB at some of the local shops in Greenhill and on some of the residential streets in Agar Nook and Greenhill.

Status Update
You said teenagers are causing Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) on the parks in Greenhill, at some of the local shops In Greenhill and some of the residential streets in Agar Nook and Greenhill.
This has been communicated through Neighbourhood Link (NHL) surveys, e-mails and calls to the Beat Team and partner agencies. These include North West Leicestershire District Council and housing providers such as East Midlands Housing.
We have conducted 21 patrols over May either on foot or on mobile patrol.
We have also worked closely with partner agencies in a joint approach to manage ASB. The local authority parks and open spaces team and housing provider East Midlands Homes have all joined the police this month in ASB management planning.
We have conducted ASB meetings with Youth Engagement involving two young people currently being managed through acceptable behaviour pathways. These provide a consequence for ASB related behaviour and offers divergence to prevent it occurring again.
