Status Update
The team will carry out hotspot patrols of areas with increased reports of drug using to detect and deter the behaviour as well as gather intelligence around offending and drug dealing activity. While out on patrols officers will continue to stop and engage with any suspicious persons and where applicable carry out stop searches. Major investigations involving drug offending will often be overseen by the investigative departments, the neighbourhood team will assist with any community actions.
The Marlow Teams are also actively working to reduce NOS waste dumped in our rural areas.

Anti-social behaviour around the Marlow area ASB has been highlighted by the community as a priority. Results are derived from the ASB toolkit. In Marlow there were 234 reported incidents in the last 12 months. Up from the previous year which recorded 181 incidences of ASB.
This is a increase of 29%.
109 of the 234 reported incidents were recorded as community ASB; Compared to 21 personal ASB and 0 Environmental.

This will be any behaviour that negatively impacts the community such as drug and alcohol use, noise disturbances, littering and shoplifting. They are also seeing increased reports of youth anti-social behaviour.

Status Update
The Marlow neighbourhood policing team are working towards reducing ASB in hotspot areas such as the High street, Higginson Park, Peacock road, Shelley road. Actions include high visibility patrols around the locations most impacted by anti-social behaviour with the aim to detect and deter. The team will also be continuing their partnership working with Buckinghamshire council to find new solutions and deterrents to anti-social behaviour.
The team are also working to reduce shoplifting in shopping locations around Marlow, recently shops such as Sainsbury's, Lidl and M&S being targeted. Actions surrounding this include increased engagement with shop managers, staff and security to ensure they are always reporting incidents and arranging operations within the shops.

The residents of Marlow have raised concerns over speeding in the area, as a result the local neighbourhood team have began to plan periodic speed enforcement to tackle the issue

Status Update
The Marlow neighbourhood team have been increasing their speeding operations around school areas and reported hotspots from community speed watch and the community. They will continue to periodically conduct days of action and enforcement to combat speeding around the roads of Marlow. We will look to update the community on results from this activity.
