To target illegal off-road motorbikes, specifically within Castle Donington.
Issued: 1 Apr 2026
Status Update
You Said:
There has been an increase in the use of illegal off-road motorbikes being ridden dangerously (specifically in the Castle Donington area).
We have:
Increased high visibility patrols in the areas affected by this and pro-actively sought to catch offenders and enforce where legally possible. We will also look to develop intelligence around the owners / riders whilst working with partner agencies and the Public.
Some great work has been completed with land owners which looks like it is going to result in some extensive security fencing / bollards etc on some prominent land in the area which for years has attracted anti social off road motor bikers. We will keep you posted on this.
