You said - Car cruise activity on the A511 Ashby bypass and surrounding areas continued to be a matter of concern.

*As a Neighbourhood Policing Area we have continued to target this location and regularly respond to calls of erratic / dangerous driving along that stretch of Road by persons involved in car cruise activity. We are dealing with those identified as involved accordingly.

*We want to put longer term measures in place so that there are clearly identified areas where this activity becomes a specified offence and so there are additional enforcement opportunities available to us to deter this from continuing. We are working with North West Leicestershire District Council on a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) in order to achieve this.

You said - There are Parking issues / vehicles causing obstructions on Lower Packington Road, Ashby.

From what you are reporting these issues are linked to the attendance of supporters at a local sporting venue.

* We will work with the venue and agree shared responsibilities to alleviate the issue. These will include communication with attendees and additional parking recommendations.

* We will attend the affected areas during peak times to deter unsafe or obstructive parking. Where necessary and legally appropriate, enforcement action, including the issuing of tickets, will be taken.

* Multi‑Agency Liaison: We will be engaging with Leicestershire County Council, Ashby Town Council, and Highways to explore additional measures they may be able to implement.

You said - That Anti-Social behaviour was being caused around the Flagstaff services, Ashby especially at or outside of the food retailers.

* As part of our commitment to the outer retail area of Ashby we will work with retailers to identify targeted locations and offer support to alleviate the issue.

* We will identify subjects causing the issues and deal with them appropriately for any offences identified or through the ASB incremental approach.
