PCs Lawford and Parsons have been building intelligence on the drug networks operating in Ramsgate, while carrying out high‑visibility patrols in areas highlighted as problem locations by Eastcliff residents. Where grounds exist, patrolling officers have been conducting stop‑and‑searches, which have led to arrests for possession with intent to supply and simple possession of drugs.

Drug dealing and drug use in Ramsgate are being dealt with robustly, and our understanding of local drug networks continues to grow as we work to shut down drug lines.
